Returning an Item

At Kilts Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.


General Returns Policy

Please double-check your order before confirming to avoid unnecessary costs. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us on the day of delivery at info@kiltsstore.com. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or a refund—whichever you prefer.

If you simply change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You are then responsible for returning the item to us, along with providing a tracking number. Once the returned item reaches our manufacturing department, we will issue a refund or replacement within 48 hours. Please note, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition and unused.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, including both inner and outer packaging.

  • All accessories (e.g., screws, manuals) must be included.

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Customized products

  • Special orders

Before ordering, please review sizing instructions carefully. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect size choices or issues resulting from improper installation.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at info@kiltsstore.com. Include:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

If these steps are not followed, we may be unable to investigate the issue or process a refund.


Faulty Products

If your item is faulty (i.e., not fit for its intended use), please contact us at info@kiltsstore.com with a description of the fault and supporting photos. We cannot proceed without this documentation.


How to Return Goods

  1. Email info@kiltsstore.com to request a return.

  2. Our team will issue you a returns number and confirm your request.

  3. This number must be included with your return on a separate sheet of paper along with your name and order number. Do not write on the product packaging.

  4. Pack your return securely to avoid damage in transit.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted or refunded.


Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 2 working days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Funds typically appear in your account 1–2 working days after processing.


Additional Notes

  • If the product is not as described, damaged, or incorrect in size, and you still choose to return it, we will accept the return and issue a refund or replacement.

  • However, if the issue is not due to any fault on Kilts Store’s part, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
